Maintenance tech (property and technology) PT (up to 30 hours a week) - $14-$16 an hour Are you eager to take your technical troubleshooting and handyman skills to the next level in a fast-paced work environment? Do you desire to test your knowledge as you work for a property management company at a variety of different properties? Circo Enterprises is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Tech. The right candidate for the job will possess an above average knowledge of technology, how to maintain it, while possessing a curious and eager desire to solve various issues around the buildings. Both technological and non-technological in nature. Look over the additional qualifications listed below to see if you would be a great addition to our team! 1. Takes direction from Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager for maintenance items related to commercial properties. 2. Daily exterior ground upkeep (trash pickup, tidying pots/plants, putting out umbrellas, etc). 3. Stocking paper and cleaning products at various properties. 4. Respond to problems in different buildings related to technology. 5. Set up shared printer access for tenants and assist staff with all Tech related issues / troubleshooting/updates/installs 6. Maintaining tech equipment - making sure everything is charged, stocked and in working order 7.Understanding and managing security equipment and kiosks along with any other technology in buildings Please send resume with references if you are interested in this position. ***Background check and drug screening is part of the hiring process
