Property Management Company is seeking a reliable full time roving maintenance technician. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, creative, and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position. Benefit Package: - $40,000 + $1,000 Signing Bonus - Full time - Health Insurance - Matching Pension - Paid Mileage (.50 per mile) - Paid Vacation/Sick Days - Paid Holidays Qualifications include but are not limited to: - 2+ years’ experience in residential property management - Punctual, Reliable, Takes Pride in Your Work - Good Communicator and Customer Service Skills - Works well independently but still able to work as part of a Team - Attention to Detail - Have Basic tools and reliable truck or van - Must be on-call one week per month or as needed - Must pass criminal background and driving check Mandatory Skills: - Plumbing - Electrical - Appliance Repair - Lock re-keying - Painting and Drywall repair - Door installation - Turnovers - General Maintenance Skills
