Subjects introduced will include defining natural winegrowing, basic sensory analysis, introduction to faults, how to effectively communicate your taste preferences, how to pair wine, and more! Six wines will be served with paired bites. $60 per person. Ticket price covers entrance to the event, and all wine & bite pairings.
