Sun View Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. We are committed to hiring skilled employees who are self-motivated, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance. As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will attend two residential apartment needs in a professional manner. Responsibilities but are not limited to: - Electrical repairs - Interior/Exterior painting - Prepare units for new tenants - Plumbing fixture replacement - Sheet rock repairs and texture - Communicates respectful towards residents - Availability to attend emergency maintenance calls.
