To protect the health and safety of attendees and presenters, it is expected that all event participants have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, or tested negative within the 72 hours prior to the event. This expectation is necessary to ensure the safety of all those attending. Face coverings are required in all indoor spaces on the University of Arizona campus when it is not possible to adequately and continuously maintain social distancing. To ensure adequate ventilation, one side of the UArizona Health Sciences Innovation Building will be open to the outdoors, however, this is an indoor venue.
