Giulia has partnered with Tattersall Distilling to bring you an experience full of sensory exploration into multiple types of spirits. You will learn everything about the creation process of different types of spirits, from the grain sourcing to learning about the more exotic botanicals used in some of Tattersall's spirits, followed by the distillation process. After you learn everything there is to know about the entire liquor process, we will walk you through the twists and tricks of mixing a good cocktail. Our wonderful mixologist will teach you what ingredients work well with each spirit and how to make a delicious cocktail yourself. You will learn what brings out different flavors in each cocktail and why that is, with each sip being a sensory experience unlike anything else.
