We are a family owned apparel business located in San Rafael. As a warehouse associate you’ll find a friendly, team-oriented culture in a clean, and safe! You could be placed in one of our three different functions: Picking, Packing or Receiving. You will be cross-trained to work across all areas, as needed. Promotional growth is available with hard work! You could find yourself performing a number of different roles related to material handling, such as packing, order-filling, loading, and more; but no matter which role you find yourself in, quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be expected. You must also be prepared and able to lift 60 pounds. What you'll do: Operations Associates take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products as well as: Order selection Packing orders for shipment Shipping packages Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves Receiving shipments Pallet jack operations Pallet wrapping Must be comfortable using rolling 12-foot ladders for order picking and lifting 60 pounds Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Previous job longevity Reliable (Reliable Transportation) Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferably in a fast-paced environment Highly organized Team player Good math skills Proficient with computers Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Job Type: Full-time
