Job Title: Service Attendant
Location: Bay Rock Storage, Milpitas, CA
Overview:

for you! We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our
premier self-storage facility in Milpitas, CA. Our company is seeking a Service Attendant that
possesses great customer service skills and can complete maintenance and sales duties. This job
requires some lifting and general janitorial duties.
*This position will be required to work inside the office and outside on the property.*
*Must be able to work weekends.*
Work Schedule:
35hrs/week
*Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs*
Essential Duties:
-Ensure property, self-storage units, and grounds are cleaned and maintained.
-Fix minor repairs and perform unit lock checks.
-Provide tenants with move-in assistance.
-Must be able to perform the company's sales process.
Travel:
-Drive the Move-In Truck to the service station for gas or an oil change.
-Drive to the hardware store for property repair or maintenance items.
-Attend meetings off-site for the company training.
License:
-Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
