Applicants MUST have: - A valid CA driver's license AND an acceptable DMV driving history. $18.00 to start with no experience and up to $24/hr to start depending upon your validatable landscape experience and how long you were with a company that did similar work, plus a generous benefits package with the opportunity for growth. Long time East Bay company Hansen Landscape Contractor Inc. seeks landscape laborers and installers to install custom landscape projects to include sprinkler, drainage, and lighting systems, planting of trees, plants, sod, soil preparations, waterfalls, and ponds, synthetic turf, decks and patio covers, retainer walls, pavers. This position is a very intensive labor position and requires digging, trenching, pushing wheelbarrows, lifting, squatting. Possible immediate positions are available. After waiting periods and certain requirements, employment includes Benefits Package: -Two weeks paid vacation -Six paid holidays -Opportunity to earn Personal time off days (PTO'S) -Matching contributions retirement plan -Heat pay bonus of $25 per day when it is very hot out Applicants must be in good physical shape as the work requires much labor to include digging, pushing/pulling, lifting, kneeling, bending, squatting, the use of a wheelbarrow, shovel, pick, broom, rototiller, jackhammer, lawnmowers, and ability to lift 75 lbs off the ground.
