Sweet puppy needs new home

Not sure why my previous post was flagged for removal. This isn't a spam post and my dog really needs a new home. She is close to being taken to a shelter and surrendered. Poppy is looking for a new home. She’s an 8 month old Staffordshire terrier mix. She’s the sweetest thing, but would do best in a home with kids 6+ old. Currently about 50 pounds and still growing. Up to date on vaccines and spayed already. She’s been taking a monthly preventative heart worm medication since we didn’t have any information on her when we got her in May. She will need another flea and tick pill in October. She has been microchipped. She has separation anxiety and hates being alone. She would likely be okay being outside in a fenced yard or in an outdoor kennel she can walk around in. She sleeps in her crate at night without issue, but hates it during the day and will try breaking out if we leave her in it while we leave the house. We don’t want to let her go, but my toddler is not the best with listening and bugs Poppy no matter what she’s doing. Adoption fee is negotiable to help recover some of the costs for her. She will come with vet papers to show proof of vaccines and spay. She's currently being treated for giardia and another parasite. We don't know how she got them, but it was $200 for the medicine from the vets office.
