About the Job Williams & Associates is a remodeling/maintenance service calls company for multiple investors and property management companies. We are looking for techs with multiple skills in construction and home maintenance work to add to our family of workers! We Need a FULL-TIME, go-getter type of gentlemen with 2-3 skill sets. THIS IS NOT A TEMPORARY JOB OR PART TIME JOB OR WORK WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT JOB. Responsibilities may include: Run small to minor projects. Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures. Ground and roof labor work. Possible sewage clean up. Qualifications: Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Preferably someone with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
