Gas station Clean What: basic janitorial (Inside and out) Where: Marietta, Georgia 30067 When: anytime 24 hours (customer preference between 8 AM and before 4pm window) Frequency: Daily (7 days a week) Payout: $20 per visit, paid bi-weekly Duration: 45 mins – 1 hour Size 1,762 sq. ft Start Date: ASAP Scope of Work: Vending Area: Dust atop/around all hard surfaces, machines, and appliances Wipe marks off walls Wipe off touch points, light switches, interior door frames, and window ledges (if applicable) Vacuum or sweep/mop floors (wet floor signs when mopping), vacuum floor mats Empty trash, recycling bins, also relining with new bags. Clean freezer doors (weekly), Entrance Doors (Daily), mirrors and any picture frames (if applicable) Remove cobwebs and dust from light fixtures, ceilings, corners, vents clean light covers interior and exterior (when necessary) clean baseboards (when necessary) dust food shelves (when necessary) clean behind/under appliances (bi weekly-monthly) 2 Bathrooms to clean: Refill/restock all soaps, sanitizer, tissue, paper towel, urinal cakes (if applicable) Wipe down all doors Wipe light switches, interior door frames, and window ledges (if applicable) Vacuum or sweep/mop floors Empty trash, recycling bins, also relining with new bags. Clean windows, glass, mirrors and any picture frames (if applicable) Remove cobwebs and dust from light fixtures, ceilings, corners clean and polish handrails and any other stainless steel toilet bowls scrubbed and exteriors cleaned and wiped clean baseboards Outside of Station: Sweep up any/All debris around lot Wipe down pumps (Occasionally) Empty Trash cans and reline cans restock paper towels, soaps, (if applicable) Front entry glass cleaned and maintained Sanitize door handles Vacuum floor mat (if applicable) There's opportunities for another location!
