Royal Massage and Yoga Lounge host Power of Pink Yoga on the lawn at Agri Lane Park Royal Massage And Yoga presents The Power Of Pink Yoga! This class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor and is beginner friendly.  We have mats available but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have one. Just bring yourself, a friend, a bottle of water and a mat.  Class size is limited. 50% of the proceeds donated to Our Mission In Motion. The Power of Pink program began more than a decade ago in an effort to provide awareness, education and diagnostic services for those who need access to screening for breast cancer in the Rutherford community. At RMYL our goal is to offer classes that are suited for everyone.  Beginners as well as advanced practitioners are welcome to take any of our classes. All classes are geared to fit various practice levels. Each class is designed to meet you where you are.  No matter what class you take we emphasize proper alignment in the poses and using your breath to find a balance between effort and ease. We also provide massage therapy. Combining massage therapy and yoga offers many benefits.
