I’m finally giving birth to my baby book six-year project. It came to me during a meditation, and I knew it was mine to share with the world. Help Wanted: An A to Z Guide to Cope with the Ups and Downs of the Job Search is like a personal support group for the job search roller coaster of emotions. Readings, quotes and affirmations on topics like anxiety, rejection, resilience and hope will help a person navigate the ups and downs. • Get your signed copy a month early before the November 3 release date • Hot and cold appetizers, music, cake…stay for all or part of the time • I’ll share remarks and read a couple excerpts from the book about 2:15 PM • If you can’t make it, check out my Facebook page for livestreaming about 2:15 PM • A nice gift book to have on hand for any job seekers you know COVID Safety • I chose a venue with a very large outdoor tent and and adjoining party room, also supporting my hometown restaurant, Goodfella’s. Stay on to enjoy an old-time jam at 4:00 PM and dinner (my favorite is the portabella veggie burger.) • I've limited RSVP's to 50 to allow for ample space between the indoor and outdoor spaces. • Feel free to wear a mask, social distance, or just stay for a bit.
