From the City of Dunedin:
September 15, 2021
We are happy to welcome Nicole Delfino as the new Assistant to the City Manager. She joined us in late August.
Prior to joining the City of Dunedin, Nicole worked for St. Petersburg College, where she held the role of Operations Improvement Coordinator responsible for strategic real estate initiatives, development of college-wide process improvements, administrative responsibilities, and design and construction project management.
Her background and experience in budgeting, human resources, government processes, customer service, and project management enhance her ability to serve this position and the City of Dunedin.
Primary to her role with the City, Nicole will serve as the employee liaison to the Arts and Culture Committee, manage citizen and business surveys, coordinate legislative priorities, enhance the Sister City program, and other administrative and project duties as needed.
Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Indiana University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration with the University of South Florida.
Nicole moved to Dunedin, Florida from California in late 2003 with her husband, Wayne. She and Wayne now reside in nearby Countryside with their two children, Madeleine and Riley. When she is not at the Dunedin Little League fields or Dunedin Marina for the youth sailing program, she crews on a local sailing team, enjoys hiking, kayaking, glamping, and relaxing at the beach.
