Need a 40 to 50yo Lead Guitarist

Brand new band but very established players need A melodic lead guitar player for an original band. We have the rehearsal space in Napa with great equipment and we're looking for someone our age to create an album and maybe play some big shows eventually. We want somebody with some energy and stage presence. We're not looking for a shredder and we're not a metal band. Think Bryan Adams and journey meet Bon Jovi or something like that. It would be great if you sang backup a little. Looking for someone that can commit to at least three hours once a week and not flake. Learn the tunes but we're open to creative input. Equipment is not a huge concern for us. Attitude and maybe some maturity a plus. Super great guys doing it all one more time. Sound good?
