Press release from the Malden Public Schools of Malden Massachusetts: September 16, 2021 Dear Malden Public Schools Caregivers, School Staff, and Malden Community Members, Through the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund, the Malden Public Schools will receive federal funding to help us in responding to issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, these resources will help us to maintain safe school operations and meet the academic, emotional, social, and mental health needs of our students. We ask that you complete this anonymous survey to help guide our prioritization of these funds. Your input is crucial to helping us provide healthy teaching and learning environments for all and supporting Malden students. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Cantonese, Portuguese, Amharic, Haitian-Creole and Mandarin.
