Now hiring full time direct hire candidates in a variety of departments, positions and shifts. We are a family owned Investment Casting Foundry with growth opportunities in a variety of manufacturing environments. Benefits include: -Health, dental, vision and life insurance -8 paid holidays per year -Paid vacation time -Gain sharing -Employee assistance program -Annual raises -401k match Starting pay of $14-$18 per hour depending on position and shift with a $0.50 2nd shift bonus and a $0.75 3rd shift bonus. -Must be 18 years of age or older. -No experience needed, on the job training. -Must be able to read and understand English or Spanish. -Must have good attendance and punctuality. -Steeled toed shoes or boots required for all positions. -All interviews are in person. -Our wax room hosts two different positions on three shifts, wax press operator and set-up assembler. Neither position has a lifting requirement. Positions start at $14-$14.50 per hour. -Our shell room hosts two different positions on three shifts, back-up dipper and robot operator. Both positions have a lifting requirement of up to 80lbs. Positions start at $15-$16 per hour. -Our foundry has a variety of developmental options with all new hires starting on the floor learning all assisting positions. Currently the foundry is running Monday to Thursday, 10 hours 1st and 2nd shifts. All foundry positions have a lifting requirement of up to 80lbs. Positions start at $16-$18 per hour. -Our finishing department offers a great variety of positions from knock-out, blasting, grinding to inspection on 1st and 2nd shift. Some of which have a lifting requirement of up to 80lbs. Positions start at $15-$16 per hour. -Our machine shop has opportunities for skilled CNC mill and lathe operators on 1st and 2nd shift. No lifting requirements. The Machine Shop is located just a few blocks away at 737 West Waterford ave, Milwaukee. Pay based on skills and experience.
