Part Time or Full Time Nanny Share

We are looking for a new family to join our nanny share! We have been with the same loving nanny, Edith for 2.5 years, since our son was 10 months old and she’s cared for our daughter since she was 4 months old. Now our son is 3.5 and off to preschool and our 1 year old daughter will continue with Edith but we need a new family to join our share! Edith has over 20 years of experience as a nanny and has raised three kids of her own. She is incredibly skilled, loving and attentive with our kids. She has been so wonderful and accommodating during this last year with COVID-19 and she and her whole family are vaccinated. She speaks Spanish and English and is CPR certified. Our current hours are 8:30-4:30 M-F, we are ideally looking for someone who needs about 40 hours a week but we are also open to part time, either fewer days a week or shorter days. The rate is $15 per hour and we do pay for holidays and vacation time. Edith usually picks the kids up from our house and the other nanny share families house in the morning, takes them to a park for playtime and lunch and then back to her house in Richmond for nap time and afternoon play. She then drops the kids off at our houses in the evening. This has worked well for us as we’ve all been working from home in small houses during this time!
