But that is what we are making possible at this fun, free event on Saturday afternoon in Eastern Market - at the Development Gallery and Lounge within the Loft Warehouse offices in the FD Lofts. He will be discussing the challenges and merits of infill development in Detroit's neighborhoods, as well as the special design theory ( keeping the lifestyles of the user in mind) behind their latest residential condominium development, Pallister Gardens.
