Lost Pitbull mix from Humane Society parking lot

On Monday September 13 My Dog was supposed to be taken to the Humane society in Tacoma to be put up for adoption but the person that I trusted to take him in didn't want to wait to be helped so she went outside and gave my dog away to an African American man in a black car between 10am. and1 pm. I had promised this dog I would find him a new home and help him find the perfect family that best fit his needs However the dog was given away against my wishes to a random person on the street. I would like this person to contact me or if anyone recognizes this dog or sees him around to reply to this post. The Dog's name is Ringo he's a 6month old Dalmatian Bluenose pit mix about 30lbs brown and white coat. I really need to get him to the Humane society or meet whoever has him to see if they can safely meet his needs. I promised the dog I would be there for him to find him a better life and hopefully I can keep that promise to my pal. I reported him missing with multiple Agencies and online sites.
