All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS BRANDISHING, 2021-09140159, I-395 at Richmond Highway. At approximately 6:21 p.m. on September 14, police were dispatched to the report of a brandishing. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was driving in the area of I-395 and Richmond Highway when the suspect vehicle accelerated and cut in front of him. The suspect vehicle then slowed down and when the victim was next to her, rolled down the passenger window and brandished a handgun. The suspect then fled the scene prior to the arrival of police. The suspect is described as a Black female, approximately 24 to 30 years old with long curly hair. The suspect vehicle is described as a tan Kia sedan with MD license plates.
