Position: Event/ Banquet Cook
Status: On-Call / Seasonal (We will work with your full time or part time schedule)
Pay Rate: STARTING @ $17 Hour
The Event/Banquet Cook is responsible for prepping large amounts of food for parties, galas and events. Instead of working in a restaurant and making food to order, caterers prepare all dishes at once, course by course, so that everyone is served at the same time by banquet servers.
Culinary Staff will work with various Top Miami Clients; Catering Companies, Hotels, Venue Halls, Restaurants, Residential, Etc.
Type: Weddings, Galas, Corporate Parties, Festivals (Art Basel, Miami Music Week, Food and Wine Festival, Fashion Week), Etc.

Ideal Candidates:
• 3 to 5+ Years as a Prep Cook, Line Cook, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef
• Event/Catering/Banquet Experience is a PLUS
• Comfortable in high end and fast paced environment
Requirements:
• Standing, Walking and Bending Throughout the Entire Work Day
• Ability to Lift, Stack and Maneuver Objects That May Weigh 30- 50 Pounds
• 18+ Years
• Must Speak English
• 2 forms of Government IDs will be required
• Uniform: (Not Provided) White Chef Coat, Black Chef Pants, Black Non-Slip Shoes
