We are a 15 year old Boat detailing (wash downs & buff/wax) company with immediate openings in Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas. **ONLY OPEN TO THOSE LIVING IN BROWARD OR PALM BEACH COUNTIES** ** $250.00 SIGN ON BONUS** Subject to successful completion of training program and 3 months probation. Send details of your employment history to: [email protected] Please provide a telephone number and email address to receive a full job outline. 1) POSITIONS OPEN TO TRAINEE'S & EXPERIENCED BOAT DETAILERS - Permanent, all year round employment. - Open to those with preferably some car wash or boat detailing experience. - Full time hours (Monday to Friday) with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, subject to the demands of the business. Additional hours available. - Paid training. - Paid initially as 1099. After 3 months probation, can switch to W2. 2) GREAT WAGES - - Experience - pay rate discussed at the interview. - No experience, after initial training our detailer's average $562.50 to $750.00 per week. - Paid by check every Monday. - Health Care plan available after 3 months probation. Example of hourly rates for Trainees, with no experience: $12.00 - Generally takes between 1 and 3 months depending on aptitude. $15.00 - After initial training. $15 to $18.00 - Min. 1 year experience. $18 to $20.00 - 1+ years experience. 3) GREAT SCHEDULE - Monday to Friday (Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). - Weekends off, other than during boat show season. - Additional hours available during weekdays and weekends. 4) FANTASTIC WORK ENVIRONMENT - working with other professional detailer's in beautiful outside surroundings & on the water! 5) REQUIREMENTS NEEDED: - U.S. Citizenship, Green Card or E.A.D./work permit. _ Own vehicle or come with a friend who has a vehicle. - Must be reliable, dependable and on-time. - Able to follow directions well & work in a team. - Able to produce consistently high, quality work. - Fast learners willing to work hard. - Preferably speak at least basic English.
