UNION CITY, CA — Union City police advise motorists to avoid northbound Decoto Road at Alvarado Niles Road beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Underground construction will take place next to the Chevron filling station, requiring traffic to be detoured overnight until 5 a.m. Thursday.
