Description
Under the guidance of the property manager, the maintenance technician will maintain the property image, the property units, and its structural integrity in a safe manner for guests, tenants, and property associates.
The responsibilities of the maintenance technician include but not limited to: grounds keeping, priming vacant units for expected occupancy, routinely inspecting and servicing physical property areas, responding to residential/commercial repair and installation requests, door repair, painting, landscaping maintenance, plumbing & electrical, etc.
Maintenance Technicians are also responsible for assisting in the basic upkeep of residential and commercial property.
Additionally you'll need a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Once hired there will be one month probationary period at $17/hour. After one month, pending performance, pay will be increased to $20/hour.
Full Time Position will be 6 days a week, one day off per week.
