Major Objective: Maintain the physical condition and service needs of a shopping center. Ideal for a student or retiree! Sign On Bonus! Areas of Responsibility: • Day porter janitorial - Keep all building exterior common areas in a first-class condition. Pick up trash, blow leaves and debris, replace trash can liners, make small repairs, pressure wash, paint, and other tasks as assigned. • Storm Prep: With the support of the Property Manager and Maintenance Manager, follow our storm prep procedures for property and be available for post storm recovery as necessary. Work Week: 12-20 flexible hours per week Compensation: Competitive hourly wage Required Candidate Attributes: • Maintenance Skills not a must, but a desire to learn is an absolute • Trustworthy • Able to work alone under limited supervision • Able to work in inclement weather • Able to be professional with retail tenants and reflect well on Bowman Place • Must be able to stand and walk for extended time while on the job • Must pass a pre-employment skills assessment and background check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00/hr Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Requires one weekend day
