$1500 per week foreman/general contractor type

Looking for a foreman/general contractor type that could help me manage a flip house. Willing to pay up to $1500 per week with the expectation that this individual can do 2 major trades (framing, drywall, tile, texture, etc.). This individual will be expected to work a full 40 hour week and manage aspects of the project including picking up material, keeping the worksite clean, making sure other subs are doing good work, and so on. Must come with references. Pay will be per day for the first handful of days.
