Retail Jewelry Store Manager
JH Breakell & Co. is a 49-year-old silver and goldsmithing company. We are an omnichannel retailer with a store in historic Newport, Rhode Island, an e-commerce website, and a mail-order catalog.We are seeking an experienced full-time Retail Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the daily operations of our store. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, taking orders over the phone from our e-commerce customers, processing and shipping e-com orders, organizing all store operations, monitoring inventory stock levels, managing other team members, and maintaining day-to-day security of the store. Retail experience and or jewelry knowledge is a plus. We would provide training on brand and product knowledge. Please email resumes to: [email protected].
Requirements
Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position
Knowledge of jewelry desired
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Creative spirit who can work independently
Knowledge of retail POS software
Strong computer skills
