Shiny Window Cleaning Inc. is seeking a full time window cleaner for Parrish, Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice. Shiny Window cleaning specializes in residential window cleaning two stories or less. Cleaning is performed from the ground, or on ladders. There are no evenings, holiday, or Sunday work, but sometimes Saturday work is necessary, and expected. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS: • Must successfully pass a background check (NOTE: If you cannot pass a background check, do not apply.) • Must provide excellent customer service. • Must pay attention to detail. • Must be reliable, organized, and on time. • Must be able to operate/use step ladders and extension ladders. • Must have the ability to multi-task, and be open to a flexible schedule, including weekends. • Must have a presentable appearance. • Must have a smartphone to obtain schedule. * Experience required TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Valid drivers license. Vehicle you will be using on the job (Must be able to transport 6ft ladder). Must own own tools- will give direction as to what's necessary (approximate cost for supplies is $400-$500 including ladder.) We provide 2 weeks paid training with $9 per hour. Full time applicants only. WE OFFER $500 SIGN UP BONUS. WE DON'T PAY HOURLY WAGE. PAY RANGES: YOU EARN 50 % OF EACH ASSIGNMENT: $500-$1,000+A WEEK.
