Hey! I've been writing songs on and off for about a decade, but I've fallen out of practice the last few years. As such I trying to shake of the cobwebs and get back into writing by starting a songwriter circle. It's something I've done in the past in the cities where I've lived. It's pretty much a group of musicians, lyricists, composers, etc. both amateur and veteran who get together a few times a month to have a songwriting workshop and also to discuss, collaborate, ask questions, give advice, share goals, etc. all having to do with songwriting. In the past we've even traveled together to open mics to perform songs we were working on. Some of my favorite memories are from those songwriter circles. You may come away from it with new songs, new ideas, new friends, and some good memories. It's just me right now but hey you gotta start somewhere!! It would be great to meet you all!!
