Need flexible on-call labor helper

I started a junk removal & light demolition business, and I need help. I really need help kind of last-minute when jobs come up and hoping to get someone who is flexible. I might get a job the same day, or the next day. I understand you won't be able to make every single job, but maybe even we get 2-3 jobs in a day. It would pay $17/hr + tips. Jobs can start at any moment, as soon as tomorrow. But the real advertising will begin sometime next week.
