Need electrician to complete unfinished work

Looking for an electrician to finish some minor work after a prior contractor simply disappeared. Not sure if he got a full-time job, got arrested or is drunk in a ditch somewhere on his way to being arrested... never had any issues, he just hasn't shown up or responded to texts for a month and I need this work finished. 1. A few 3-way switches need to be installed. 2. A light needs to be moved from the upper landing into the stairwell. 3. Some standard breakers need to replaced with tandems to make room for new circuits 4. Basement wiring needs to be tied into panel after tandems installed. See pix. I have an additional upstairs area that will need some electrical work also in the future, but the above is the priority for now. Interested in working with a Newton local or someone within a close drive... Marshalltown, Grinnell, Mitchellville, Baxter, etc... not West Des Moines. Please send a ballpark estimate for the above work. I know what I have been paying for electrical work, so don't try to gouge. Thanks.
