Job Description: Performs efficient installation and assembly of office furniture within client facilities, including systems furniture, case-goods, accessories, wall-hung units, etc. Come to work ready to complete each project with a high level of workmanship and a focus on customer satisfaction. Be able to react to changes in the field, and communicate effectively with both our customers and our team members. We welcome all levels of experience, and offer training to ensure your success. Personal Requirements: • Professional manners and appearance. • Polite and patient. • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with co-workers and customers. • Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as much as 75 pounds. • Ability to perform physical movements including squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs, etc. • Self-motivated, hard-working, with attention to detail. • Punctual with flexibility to work extended shifts. • Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks and details. • Ability to work safely with tools and other furniture-related equipment. • Reliable transportation to main location or direct to jobsites. • Good driving record, can safely drive company delivery trucks. • Mechanically inclined. Position Details: • Loading, unloading, staging, unboxing, assembly, disassembly, installation, cleaning furniture. • Reading furniture schematics and recording field measurements. • Ability to accurately record time and details relating to job activities. • Handling furniture, tools, equipment, vehicles, and company/customer sites with care. • Problem solving. • Can positively interact with customers and other team members. • Benefits offered after 90 days. • 401k + match • Medical, dental, short-term disability • Life insurance. • Paid vacation and sick time.
