I know this is a very long shot but, you were driving the wrong way up the on ramp and I stopped you to make sure you were ok. I know you will never see this but I had to try … if by some chance you see this tell me where you said you were from and what kind of vehicle I was in when I pulled you over? You were absolutely beautiful I wanted to ask for your number but didn’t want to seem creepy doing it in a government vehicle.
