Our company handles the various maintenance and construction needs of multiple properties around San Diego and we are searching for qualified employees to help with the growing needs of our company. We are seeking: Well-rounded worker(s) capable of handling all aspects of construction - willing to perform any work required - exterior and interior - rebuild landings/balconies, stringers, siding and fascia associated stucco repairs, waterproofing, digging, clean up, light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, texture, etc. ESPCIALLY seeking applicants that can run an airless paint sprayer. RELIABLE TRUCK W/RACK (Job sites can be anywhere in San Diego County) TOOLS - hand tools, saws, ladders, drills etc... NO SMOKING at job site ENGLISH REQUIRED - Management is not bilingual WEEKEND AND OVERNIGHT AVAILABILITY IS A HUGE PLUS!
