Description
General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvement is looking for a Crew Leader with construction experience and the ability to oversee small tenant improvement projects, while working with other members of the team. The ideal candidate would be eager to learn, organizationally focused, and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
Job Duties:
Schedule and meet with City Inspectors
Schedule Subcontractors and field personnel
Manage projects in a timely manner
Provide daily project status updates to Management
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have excellent follow through skills.
Must be able to handle multiple task simultaneously.
Must have excellent people skills.
Must be able to meet effectively and efficiently with clients, management, subcontractors and field staff.
Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner.
Must be self-motivated, dependable and able to perform with limited supervision.
Must be able to lift to and exceeding 50 lbs.
Must have a reliable means of transportation and good driving record.
Must have a valid ID/DL and evidence your right to work in the U.S. (i.e., Social Security Card/Birth Certificate/Passport, etc.).
