General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvement is looking for an experienced general Tradesman who also has diversified skills in tenant improvement. Drywall and T-bar experience a plus, but not required. Bilingual a plus. Requirements: Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner. Have the basic tools to do the required tasks. Must be self-motivated, dependable and able to perform with limited supervision. Must be able to lift to and exceeding 50 lbs. Must have a reliable means of transportation and good driving record. Must have a valid ID/DL and evidence your right to work in the U.S. (i.e., Social Security Card/Birth Certificate/Passport, etc.). Qualified individuals please email your resume and history of pay.
