MB Parks & Rec Department is now enrolling for the Kids Ceramics Class, “Adventures in Clay” Classes are 1.5 hours once a week for 10 weeks and ages are 5 years-12 years. The class is held near Live Oak Park through the city of MB and we have a great outdoor space to create in. Class to be learner lead and the kids are welcome to make anything they want. We have no ridged projects and the only goal is to let the creativity flow. Children learn the basics of ceramics, pinch pots, slip and score, glazing techniques and how the process works. Per the city guidelines classes are capped at 4 kids per class and we wear masks when in session. Spots still open for: Monday: 4:30pm-6:00pm Thursday: 4:30pm-6:00pm Saturday: 1:30-3:00pm Enrollment and more info can be found on the City of Manhattan Beach website:
