Bay Management & Repair, Inc. is looking for property maintenance technicians to join our team. We handle landscaping maintenance and installations, irrigation & home repairs for our tenants
Looking for a candidate who is trustworthy with a positive attitude and to works at a fast pace. Experience in handyman apartment or home repair, sprinkler installation and repair, plumbing, residential landscape maintenance desirable.
Bilingual Russian is helpful. Hourly pay rate based on experience.
Must have vehicle and good driving record
Must pass criminal background check
