You: Handyman skills (painting, odds and ends, flooring, exterior) Help with maintenance, turnovers, and when tenants call and need help (not often). Has vehicle that can haul 4x8 sheets Ok with being on call Ok with picking up items from Home Depot/Menards Ok with email/text/phone communications (or even whatsapp) Good attitude towards helping, and being able to take instructions/list of things needed help and get done. You are honest You are humble and kind ... Do not want: unreliable, argumentative, not able to finish projects ... Me: I have Properties in South Minneapolis, St. Paul (daytons bluff), and soon Lindstrom. In the past started Intentional Communites, and like creating great places for people to live and places that neighbors get to know each other. I also have a lot of friends who could also use some help. I try to be appreciative of the help you give, as well I sometimes have particular ways of getting things done (trying to think like McGyver, using resources at hand to get the job done) ... Process- usually like to have you comeout meet + work on a project to see work style, and also have check-ins from time to time to see how we can improve things
