Why you should apply to be a Warehouse Associate or Equipment Operator: • Stability: we have Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions available • Pay starts out at the competitive rates of $17.00-$17.55 per hour plus you are eligible for scheduled increases during the first year and annual wage increases each year after • Company is offering a $2500 sign-on bonus ($1000 after 90 days and $1500 after 6 months) • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits start on 1st date of employment • 401k, paid sick, vacation, and personal time offered plus 7 paid holidays What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Associate or Equipment Operator? You’ll be: • Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse functions are completed accurately and on time • Keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items to be shipped • Utilizing material handling equipment (if required for your role) such as Cherry Picker safely and efficiently to pick orders and transport product to shipping locations or delivery platforms and ensuring orders are staged in order of delivery • Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled • Inspecting outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery This job might be an outstanding fit if you:. • Are able to stand, bend, and lift items throughout entire shift • Have any amount of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or Cherry picker experience • Are able to work one of the following shifts: • Sunday 9am-5:30pm and Monday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm • Sunday 8am-6:30pm and Monday, Thursday, Friday 1pm-11:30pm • Sunday 10am-6:30pm and Monday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm • Sunday 9am-7:30pm and Monday, Thursday, Friday 1pm-11:30pm • You will be required to stay until work is completed and all shifts will have some overtime as needed What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
