Now Accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician Must be able to, but no limited to, the following: Lift 40lbs Climb ladders to second story Experience with: -Plumbing- repair/replace faucets, traps, and sinks -Electrical- install lights, outlets, and plugs - install hot water heaters- gas/electric - turn apartments in the given time for new move ins - minor drywall work -tile work Be able to take the "on call" phone one week of the month to respond to after hours emergency's. Have a valid VA Driver's license and own reliable transportation. Compensation is based on previous experience. Health, Dental, and Vision. PTO, overtime, and paid sick leave.
