Job description Premiere Staffing is seeking a facilities Manager / A (FM) is responsible for all managed and owned properties, including planning, budgeting and tactical maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and landscape. On call responsibilities are a component of this position. ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS * Plans, budgets and schedules improvements and modifications * Inspects and monitors construction and modification progress * Manages and implements preventative maintenance of facility and equipment, including HVAC equipment * Prepares vacant units for leasing and occupancy by new tenants * Oversees cleaning and maintenance of all facilities * Assists in marketing of vacant units in cooperation with administrative assistant o For residential units this includes placing ads and showing to prospective tenants * Responsible for 24 hour on call coverage. This includes managing on call staffing calendar, and administration of on-call phone service system. * Performs maintenance and repairs such as light carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, landscaping and yard care, and painting. * FM must maintain their own vehicle as transportation to work sites, it is necessary to keep vehicle maintained and insured. An automobile allowance is included in the compensation package. * FM may also drive company truck when necessary and may also plow parking lots in winter. Currently, the maintenance technician reports to the FM.
