Property Maintenance Company seeking experienced painters and drywall and flooring installers for apartment and rental home turns. Must have experience with drywall and painting. Experience with flooring install is a plus. Must be able to complete tasks on your own and follow work order directions. Must have your own tools of the trade. We have several contracts with rental home companies so this job will be year round and involves getting apartments and rental homes ready to rent after tenants have moved out. This includes painting, repairing drywall, and possibly installing new flooring. We work on strict deadlines and you will be expected to meet or exceed those deadlines. If your looking for steady, year round work, this is a great opportunity. Paid weekly. Pay based on experience.
