Description

We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Associate who will work on a team and be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the facility as well providing minor repairs and improvements to the facility and grounds. The ideal candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be a key holder and be responsible for opening or closing the facility each day. Major Responsibilities include Assisting Manager with Fire extinguisher/elevator/equipment inspections Ability to use hand tools Some power tools knowledge Minor repairs ability including painting, plaster Exchanging, fixing light fixtures/bulbs Cubicle assembly or removal as needed Event set up and breakdown as needed Bailing machine and other equipment use Cleaning, floor care and trash removal of offices and common areas Requirements include  Ability to stand/walk for entire shift, except during breaks and lunch  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with no restrictions  Ability to read and understand assembly instructions  Ability to utilize basic home repair tools  Ability to execute minor repairs  Ability to stand on ladders  Reliable transportation Apply In Person at FAF, 26 Lark Industrial Parkway, Door C, Greenville, RI or Apply on line
