Role and Responsibilities: Understand how to operate equipment and service the follow: weed trimmer, hedge trimmer, chainsaw, leaf blower, a variety of lawn mowers. Ability to interact professionally with all customers, team members and management. Ability to work as part of a team. Show up on time ready and willing to work. Work well to set the pace with their team. Work with and report to the department manager. Perform all duties of operations, which include trimming bushes, weeding, edging, mowing, and blowing off properties. Attend to concerns or questions with clients by forwarding them to management Ensuring properties meet the standard of quality needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements Must be a highly motivated and willing to provide guidance to employees. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be 18 years of age. Background check and drug test will be completed. Valid Driver’s License. Additional Requirements Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending and stooping. Willing to work overtime. Lifting of 45 pounds throughout any given day. Required to work outdoors in all primary job functions. Working in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather). Willing to work with grass, shrubs, trees, dirt, sod, mulch, pine straw, etc. and picking up/collecting trash.
