You can strip people of their Constitutional rights. You can mismanage to the point of your state being on fire. You can weaken the energy grid and cause rolling blackouts. You can reduce cities to post-apocalyptic hell-holes where the homeless literally crap on the sidewalk. You can even weaken laws so that criminals just walk into stores and casually rob them without repercussion. And the uninformed will still vote for you. My question is "how can they be uninformed?".
