Boulder Broker Inn is currently seeking qualified candidates for part-time Maintenance positions for immediate hire.
We have recently taken over the property with the goal to restore The Broker to its past allure. Renovations have already begun! We are looking for an energetic individual to help us contribute to these improvements with a variety of fulfilling jobs!
Tentative PT Schedule:
Weds-Fri 3pm-7pm
Sat-Sun 8am-2pm
Key Requirements:
Work schedule must be flexible and may include night shifts, weekends & holidays.
Task-driven individual - ability to work alone and complete daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Hotel Maintenance - basic plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
Painting - Past experience is a plus!
Groundskeeping - Trash removal, leaf blowing, snow shoveling, etc.
Compensation:
PT Maintenance candidates will be compensated with a fair, hourly rate based on prior experience.
Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
