Urban logging of Large Oak Tree

I have a large Oak tree that has finally run its course. A beautiful and stately tree that is 75+ years old and is in between 2 homes. I would like to have some of the timber to build some furniture however there should be plenty to go around. I also would like to leave the lower stump and an arm or 2 for a tree house and swings. You would need a lift and possibly crane. Access from front and back from both sides. You have to come and see to make a bid. There is a lot of board feet of Oak that could sell for thousands.
